CONDITIONS AND NORMS

La Filarmónica reserves the right to modify the program if essential due to events out of its control. If an artist is unable to offer his concert on the scheduled date, La Filarmónica will set an alternative date and if that is not feasible, will seek a substitution. The cancellation of a concert will be the only admissible cause for the refund of the amount of the proportional part of the La Filarmónica season ticket, or of the seat. The return will not include management fees, if any.

In the case you are unable to attend the concert, the seat may be released, the 80% of the amount of which will remain in deposit to be used in the purchase of another concert or for the payment of the next La Filarmónica’s Season concerts. The deposit will not include the management fees, if any. Option valid for subscriptions and single tickets.

The acquisition of any season ticket and / or seat implies acceptance of these conditions.

Once the purchase is formalized, in no case La Filarmonica will accept cancellations or refunds.

In the case of installment payment, the non-payment of one of the installments will suppose the immediate cancellation of the Ticket Season.

The season concerts will start promptly at 7.30pm.

As for the extraordinary concerts, it will always depend on the Hall. You can check these schedules in the information of the concerts.

Access to the hall during the performance will not be allowed.
